Root Society Arena

Root Society Arena was a Burning Man 2015 visual environment built for the scale and openness of Black Rock City. The stage used a wide illuminated surface across the arena, surrounding the DJ position with bright, high-impact content that could read across a large playa crowd.

The project extended the Root Society lineage from earlier Burning Man and festival builds into a broader arena format: less like a conventional club wall and more like a panoramic visual landmark for a temporary city at night.
