Edgewood Tahoe NYE Projection Mapping

Encore, the world's largest audiovisual company, brought MELT in to create a custom visual package for Edgewood Tahoe Resort's private New Year's Eve event in South Lake Tahoe. The brief centered on a custom circular projection-mapping screen that needed to feel elegant, dimensional, and ready for a midnight reveal.

MELT designed an assortment of Gatsby-inspired animations for the circular surface, including ornate gold clock faces, branded Edgewood Tahoe Resort moments, art deco line work, looping texture systems, and countdown content for the final seconds of the year. The media was built to hold up as both atmospheric decor and a clear focal point when the room turned toward the screen.

The final package gave Encore and Edgewood a flexible show-ready toolkit: ambient loops for the party, branded transitions, clock and tunnel looks, a 60-second countdown, and a dedicated midnight sequence mapped for the circular canvas.
