Life In Color Kingdom International Tour

MELT designed the stage for Life In Color's Kingdom international tour, working closely with the tour's in-house lighting designer to integrate the scenic architecture, lighting, video, animation, show programming, and on-site VJ operation. In collaboration with Cirque du Soleil's creative team, we developed the inflatable lion head and paws that became the production's defining stage image. For the Miami debut, video walls were built into the lion's eyes, turning the centerpiece itself into a dynamic visual surface.

To make the show viable across a global range of venues, we created three scalable versions of the stage for different room and production sizes. Touring the system around the world required detailed advancing for both domestic and international shows and gave our team extensive practical experience with freight, customs, and the logistical realities of moving large scenic and inflatable elements across borders.
